Our wild yam balm is a precious product to us! This was our first product we created that opened the door for connecting with so many. This balm is infused with wild yam root and chaste tree berry- both of which aid in the regulation of progesterone and estrogen in the body. We recommend using about ¼ tsp once or twice daily on soft tissue, like the inner thigh or belly.
